3. The venue should ideally be the house of the guest of honor, or the house of a family member. Go shopping or to a cafe while everybody is making the preparations at the venue. Then this one person can take the guest of honor to the venue at the time they’re meant to be there. 4. If there’s an abundance of party supplies in the run up to the party then you’ll need to keep them out of eye shot of the guest of honor. So keep them all with a neighbor or party guest.
5. Remember to go completely overboard for the moment the guest of honor makes their entrance! You need to be loud, have plenty of streamers and make sure everybody is right in front of the guest so he is completely overwhelmed.
