Most importantly (although not essential) is hiring a Bedouin tent!
Obtain some Moroccan style patio lanterns. The lighting in the tent/room should be dim.
Cover the floor with Moroccan style rugs.
Get plenty of cushions and pillow, put them all over the floor.
Tables and sofas should preferably be as low down as possible.
Hang crescent moons and stars from the ceiling on ropes.
